Why This Program Matters
Across the world, the need for sound biblical training is urgent. Research shows that 90% of pastors globally have no formal theological education, and in Africa alone, 8 out of 10 pastors lead churches without structured training. Among children’s ministry workers, less than 20% have ever received specialized preparation, leaving many to serve with passion but without tools. In rural and unreached areas, the percentage of untrained leaders often rises above 95%, putting congregations at risk of shallow discipleship, false teaching, and missed opportunities for Gospel impact.
Our program exists to bridge this gap—equipping indigenous pastors, ministry leaders, and children’s workers with solid biblical and theological foundations so they can shepherd with confidence, multiply disciples, and faithfully reach their nations with the Gospel.

Phase One ( 1 Week ) Laying Strong Foundations
- Multiplication – God’s design for reproducing disciples.
Maturity – Growing beyond salvation into Christlikeness.
Bride of Christ – The Church’s eternal purpose.
J1 & J2 – Keys for interpreting and applying Scripture.
One Degree Off – Correcting small errors before they grow.
Cat & Dog Theology – Living for God’s glory, not self.
Eternal Security – Assurance of salvation in daily life.
Phase Two (After 6 Months) Deepening and Applying
Subjunctive Verbs – Unlocking Paul’s deeper meanings.
Broken Fellowship – How sin affects intimacy with God.
Fellowship Restoration – Steps to restore joy in Christ.
