Our Approach

Equipping pastors and leaders for Kingdom impact worldwide

History Of Global Equip Network - GEN

At Global Equip Network, our approach is centered on identifying, equipping, and empowering indigenous pastors and church leaders so they can effectively serve their communities and expand the Kingdom of God. We believe that leadership development goes beyond the four walls of the church, reaching into villages, towns, and nations where strong, Spirit-filled leaders are needed most. Through training, mentoring, and resource development, we provide practical tools that address both spiritual growth and leadership capacity. By partnering with local churches and networks, we ensure that equipping remains sustainable and culturally relevant, giving leaders the confidence and biblical foundation to disciple others. Our mission is not just about teaching—it’s about transformation, creating a ripple effect where trained leaders multiply their impact in Africa and across the globe.

The IDEA Strategy

I – Identify
We begin by identifying faithful pastors, emerging leaders, and churches in need of training and support. By recognizing those who are already influencing their communities, we ensure that our efforts strengthen leaders who can multiply impact.

D – Develop
Once identified, we invest in their growth by offering biblical training, leadership mentoring, and practical ministry resources. This development process focuses on character, competence, and capacity, preparing leaders to meet both spiritual and community needs.

E – Equip
We go beyond training by equipping leaders with tools, teaching materials, and strategies that are culturally relevant and sustainable. This empowers them to disciple others, plant churches, and create lasting transformation in their regions.

A – Activate
Finally, we activate leaders to put their training into practice. Through ongoing support and partnerships, they are released to serve effectively in their churches and communities, multiplying disciples and raising the next generation of leaders.
